1 A search order is valid for 1 year from its creation. With its help, you will set all the necessary criteria for the property you are looking for.
2 Choosing an broker from among those available on the site. Each broker has a third party liability insurance.
3 The commission rates (Commission fee) for the brokerage service are presented in the table below.
4 Intermediation agreement signed with an intermediary as part of the search order for a selected real estate.
5 Documents available: Real Estate Purchase Agreement Protocol, Equipment List, Handover and Acceptance Protocol.
6 Offers proposed by the broker as part of the search order, individually personalized according to the criteria specified in the order.
7 Presentation package to be used during the real estate search period.
8 An additional presentation can be purchased in the Customer Zone as part of a search order. Any unused additional presentation is refundable and is exchangeable upon request for a photo session of the selected property.
9 An order extension for another year can be purchased in the Customer Area as part of a search order.

 

 

The commission rates guaranteed as part of the activation fee for the brokerage service 

and a negotiated commission discount (PLN 990).

The commission fee due to the broker conducting the order is charged on the basis of the Intermediation Agreement concluded with the broker.

The only fixed amount listed in our price list is the so-called activation fee, i.e. the fee for adding an order to search for an offer on a flat, house or land.

How much commission does our office charge?
The payment for our search for a house, flat or land for you and our support during the process of purchase or possible further resale of the flat, house or land is strictly dependent on the amount of the transaction we help you carry out efficiently. The broker receives remuneration, i.e. a percentage of your transaction according to what is included in the contract you have signed.
