TheRealEstate.pl is the first Marketplace of this type offering real estate brokerage services. Our scope of business activity also includes assistance in the creation of real estate portfolios and rental agency services.

We assist in the purchase of apartments, houses, commercial premises, plots and commercial buildings in large provincial cities - Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Poznań or Kraków, and also in other district towns.

Our nationwide network consists of independent real estate agencies acting as our partners. Due to their size (large and medium-sized), they are mostly characterised by such amenities as access to a conference room, English-language client services and a relatively wide reach. They are offices with a proven long-term history, have a larger than standard number of brokers at their disposal and carry out a significant number of transactions per month. All offices are covered by the mandatory third party liability insurance.

When looking for a specific real estate, we always search all the offers available on the market. We cooperate with entities, such as property developers and other real estate offices. We review all private offers as well as other advertisements posted online and in the press, including local media and trade-specific websites. We offer comprehensive services, both on the primary and secondary market.

Why are there no advertisements on the website?

We do not create a database of offers to be our sales priority. We deal exclusively with sales agency, and we do our best to find exactly the real estate that our clients are looking for.
